Faulty & incorrectly sent items
We will accept returns on faulty or incorrectly sent items where a claim is presented within 60 days of purchase. Please email us so we can organise collection of the faulty item in order to arrange a refund.
Change of mind
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items that you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased. The product/s must be in orignal packaging, unopened, and unused when they arrive to us. You are required pay for and organise their return.
Change of mind returns are not available on any sale items.
We ship anywhere within Australia. Shipping is free for orders over $99, and orders below $99 incur a flat $9.95 freight fee. If you would like Australia Post to leave your parcel if you are not home, please instruct where to leave it in your delivery instructions when placing an order. Orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days, and take 1-5 days for delivery to most areas. Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory may take slightly longer.
We ship to New Zealand for orders under 3kg. Orders over $99 have free shipping, orders below incur a $11.95 freight fee. There are some foodstuffs we may be unable to ship to New Zealand, like dried fruit. If in doubt please contact us before purchasing. If we are unable to send something we will refund your money.
