DZG licensed as a gluten contaminant free producer focused on gluten free nutrition, Schnitzer breads have a superior flavour to comparable gluten free offerings. Palm oil free with no added enzymes, isolated minerals or vitamins, many products are also vegan, nut, lactose, egg and yeast free.
The range includes loaves, baguettes, rolls individually packed in freezable portions for freshness and ease of use.
